Privacy policy
LUN0X – Creative Media keeps account records transparent to the member they belong to, and limited for everyone else.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, username, email), activity attempt records, point ledger entries, referral relationships, activation attempts and request details you submit. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled by the platform.
How it is used
Records are used to validate activities, credit points, verify activation codes, review requests, prevent duplicate or abusive behaviour, and show you your own history. Trial Mode plays are not recorded and never become balances.
Who can see it
Your records are visible to you in your dashboard. Authorized platform administrators can review accounts for verification and support purposes. Sensitive internal security logic and administrator credentials are never exposed in the app.
Payment details
Payout destination details you submit with a request are used only to process that request. Do not send passwords or one-time codes through support tickets.
Retention & review
Activity, ledger, activation and request records are retained so that calculations remain auditable. Account status changes are recorded with the reason, actor and timestamp.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences at any time, and contact support to request an account review or deletion where applicable.
