Platform guidelines
These guidelines apply to every LUN0X – Creative Media account. They explain verification, activation, request processing and account review. Version 2026.1.
- Users must read and understand platform guidelines before activating an account.
- Activity results, point conversions, and requests may be subject to verification and system review.
- Activation-related fees are non-refundable once an account has been successfully activated, except where required by applicable law.
- LUN0X – Creative Media may review accounts for suspicious, duplicate, or unauthorized activity.
- Referral participation is optional.
- Participation in activities does not require inviting others.
- Trial activities do not generate points, rewards, or withdrawable balances.
- Reward-eligible activities require an eligible active account status.
Fair play & activity rules
- Use your own account only.
- Complete every activity personally.
- Do not use automated tools, scripts, bots or macros.
- Do not repeatedly submit or refresh activities to manipulate results.
- Do not attempt to claim the same reward more than once.
- Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass platform restrictions.
- Do not use unauthorized methods to manipulate points or balances.
- Keep your account information accurate.
What review may involve
- Temporarily restrict reward activities.
- Place the account Under Review.
- Reject duplicate or invalid rewards.
- Suspend accounts for confirmed policy violations.
The platform may review suspicious activity where supported and permitted. No system detects every possible method of misuse, and review decisions are made on recorded evidence.
Activation & payment disclosure
Activation/payment processing is subject to verification and applicable platform policies. Payment does not guarantee earnings, approval, or withdrawals. Activation requires a Mentor Activation Code issued by an authorized source, and codes may be single use, expiring, or revocable.
Requests & deductions
Requests are validated against your available approved balance and the configured minimum and maximum amounts. A processing/safety deduction may apply, and every third successful request may use a configured higher rate. The full calculation is shown before you confirm, and recorded at confirmation time.
